Flight School

I created this “Flight” School of 7 Flying fish for the Strand Ephemera Exhibition in Townsville for 2011. The most amazing thing about seeing them in this environment was the way that the strong winds affected their aerodynamics. One after the other they seemed to catch the breeze and face into it, steadying more with higher wind force.
